Thanks to everyone at Syracuse U!!!
Hi Everyone - I wanted to send a thank you note out to all of you who have helped make dormditcher.com such a great success in our first week. We are getting all kinds of positive feedback from users - both students and landlords - about the ease of use of dormditcher.com.
In the coming weeks, you are going to see a major ad campaign around campus - places like Marshall Street, the Daily Orange and the students favorite local taverns - will have dormditcher.comlogos. We'll be handing out t-shirts to students in the quad and on Marshall Street to let them know that dormditcher.com is the premier student housing website at Syracuse. We believe in putting your ad dollars back into the product to make students more aware of the website. Not only will current Syracuse students be aware of the site, but our campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing! will make incoming transfer and graduate students looking for housing aware of YOUR properties! We won't stop until we are the leading Student Housing Listing Service at SU and across America.

DormDitcher.com makeover!
We spent the entire summer giving DormDitcher.com a much needed make over!
In addition to the new design, we've also added the following new features:

Hey everyone - the day has finally arrived for us and we are so excited. Dormditcher.com has gone live at Syracuse University & SUNY Binghamton! We plan on being the number one student housing listing service in America. It will provide a great source of information for student tenants and a great value for landlords.
Speaking of value - through August 31st, 2009, we are offering unlimited economy listings for free to all landlords so you can try out our site. List all of your available apartments for free. Each economy listing is a $5.00 value, so please try us out!

dormDitcher.com update
Hey there - Just giving an update about the site. We are planning on going live in two upstate New York colleges in the winter/spring semester. Those markets are Syracuse and SUNY Binghamton. These test markets will tell us if college students like the setup of our site and if it becomes THE place for students to find the housing and apartment options available to them in the Syracuse University and SUNY Binghamton area. When the sites are up and fully functional, they will be located at http://syracuse.dormditcher.com and http://binghamton.dormditcher.com. Right now, there is just a godaddy.com page up at those domains.
We hope you think of dormditcher.com when it comes time to find your new college apartment or college house in 2009. We think our features will make us the name around colleges all over the United States when students think about finding the right apartment for them.
We can't disclose the features and plans we are implementing for the launch, but we are 100 percent sure that students and landlords alike will love the options we offer, and I know the students are going to love the giveaways once we reach the level we plan on attaining.
Also, we are looking for students like you who want a great addition to their resume for graduation and want to earn some serious income. Email me at dormditcher@gmail.com if you want to be a part of what will be a fantastic organization.
