Hey Everyone - My name is Chris and I am the Chief Executive Officer of dormditcher.com. Me and my pal TenYenHuis - sounds like Teh-ny-en-house - are starting up this website to give college kids options. Those options revolve around housing, or better said, getting out of the dorm and the clutches of those evil residence advisers a lot of us have come to know and dread. (Just kidding R.A.'s - I know you're not ALL evil.)
Our site is going to be a service that provides listings to students who are looking to move off-campus when they are ready and able to do so. It's also going to provide things that college kids want and need, like coupons for pizza, wings, bar specials, spring break deals, cleaning up those messy apartments/houses and everything else all college kids need.
The site is going to be a great resource for landlords too. We'll have free listings all the way up to premium listings for a nominal charge. We'll be looking for landlords to beta test our site before our full launch. We aim to be the number one off-campus student housing website in the nation. We are going to reach that goal, so look for us to come to your campus soon. When we do go live, the site is going to have some great promotions and giveaways for college students.

Also, we are looking for students to sell to the local businesses around their colleges and make money doing so. It's a great addition to the resume. Trust me when I tell you that working at the gym during college isn't going to help you get a job. I learned that pretty quickly after I graduated. Joining our sales force and being successful at it will. Did I mention that joining our team will get you a free trip to NYC in the Summer of 2009? Email me a resume. No guarantee you get the job.
